Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the TIME ACADEMY mobile application (the “App”) provided by “TIME ACADEMY” LLC (“TIME ACADEMY”, “we” or the “Company”). By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.

1. About the App

The App is a private educational tool intended solely for enrolled students of the TIME ACADEMY language center. Through the App, students can view their group, class attendance and homework, and receive notifications from the center. The App does not involve any sales or payments.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by the center (administrator) and provided to enrolled students. There is no open sign-up in the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful and intended purposes;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or bypass the security of the system;
  • Not violate the rights of other users or the center;
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Notifications

The App may send you push notifications about lessons, homework and center-related matters. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

5. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content (text, design, logo, learning materials) belong to TIME ACADEMY and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Account deletion and suspension

You may delete your account at any time using the “Delete account” button in the profile section of the App. The center may suspend or delete your account if these Terms are breached or when your student status ends.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TIME ACADEMY is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the date it is published on this page. By continuing to use the App, you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
